General terms for website use, estimates, recurring appointments, cancellations, access, payment, and service limitations.

These terms provide general conditions for using the JJ Cleaning website and requesting cleaning services. A written estimate, recurring-service agreement, invoice, or other confirmed service document may include additional or different terms.

Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Prices shown are starting points or planning ranges and are not binding quotes. Availability, services, and service areas may change.
Estimates and scope
Estimates are based on the information, photos, walkthroughs, and conditions available when the quote is prepared. A final service price and checklist must be confirmed by JJ Cleaning. If the size, condition, access, requested work, or safety conditions differ materially from what was described, JJ Cleaning may pause work and discuss a revised scope or price before continuing.
Appointments and access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access, working utilities, reasonable parking, and accurate property information. Customers should secure valuables, medications, weapons, confidential documents, fragile items, and aggressive or uncontrolled pets. Alarm codes and highly sensitive access information should be shared only through an agreed secure method—not through a public website form.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and lockouts
At least 24 hours' notice is requested to cancel or reschedule. A late-cancellation, same-day change, or lockout fee may apply when a reserved crew cannot perform the service. Emergencies may be reviewed individually. Specific fee amounts should be confirmed in the service agreement or estimate.
Recurring service
Recurring appointments continue at the confirmed frequency until changed or canceled. Skipped visits may result in additional buildup and a higher price for the next cleaning. Pricing may be updated with advance notice. Any automatic payment or renewal arrangement requires clear authorization and cancellation instructions.
Payment
Payment is due according to the confirmed estimate, invoice, or recurring-service agreement. Returned payments, chargebacks, unpaid invoices, or expired payment methods may result in paused service and applicable processing costs. Full card information should be handled only through the approved payment provider.
Service limitations and safety
JJ Cleaning may decline or stop work involving unsafe ladders, unstable surfaces, severe clutter, hoarding, active infestations, mold remediation, biohazards, blood, bodily fluids, needles, hazardous chemicals, illegal materials, dangerous animals, structural hazards, heavy construction debris, or conditions outside the company's training, equipment, insurance, or agreed scope.
Damage and pre-existing conditions
Customers should identify fragile, damaged, improperly installed, or sensitive surfaces before service. JJ Cleaning is not responsible for ordinary wear, pre-existing damage, hidden defects, unstable items, or damage caused by inaccurate care instructions. Any concern should be reported promptly with photos and relevant details.
Quality concerns
Customers should report concerns as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of service. JJ Cleaning will review the agreed checklist and, when appropriate, may offer a reasonable touch-up of the affected area. Refunds and re-cleans are evaluated based on the confirmed scope, access, condition, and circumstances.
Website use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false requests, introduce harmful code, scrape protected information, or interfere with website operations. Website text, branding, design, and original materials may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Changes
These terms may be updated as services, systems, and laws change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
